It is too costly and nothing free as it was said it would be free.Its better to use a cell phone instead of wasting money on this.The software just looks good but has worst functioning.I felt better to delete this software at that very moment.

video missing Very nice that any sip protoc can be used. Interface is intuitive and relatively easy to use.However I am missing the video interface so I will not really use it.

Excellent Software You guy's have put together one of the best tools on the market. Keep up the great job, and think of a way to lower the price. :) Hard to setup with mediacom voip. No one wants to give you the sip or server login.

I HAVE THIS I have a version of this software that is licenced for 64 (i think it is(the maximum)) no. of lines, unfortunately the version I have is- proberbly long improved upon (with newer versions etc) and yet is still unimplimented by me, why? Because I am no IT expert and purchased the package around 4-6 years ago (so long ago i'm not sure exactly)and whilst setting up my IVM was simple enough using the package to sequence my OGM'S etc and wavepad to record edit and add background music to those ogms, the support from nch is non existent beyond ...

Does the Job well I paid $169 for this software (small interactive system). There is NOT a $19.95 version, so this website should be corrected. However, the program was a bargain at this price, in that it has replaced an answering service that was costing me $165 per month! Not at all what I paid for. Your IVM Telephone Answering Attendant has the voice of Microsoft Sam and there is too many features that a person has to keep paying additional cost for after getting one part which does not work without buying another feature.

Opinion The Download page says $19 but the web site says $360. Quite a difference in price. I had trouble with vendor in past; I lost my paid-up copy of an earlier version of their software. 3cx is the pbx solution. I was having alot of trouble getting a freepbx server to register with my voip provider so I switched to 3cx and haven't looked back. It was easy to setup and registered without any issues. I wish they had a cheaper license to get some features working for us home users. Who knows, that may come in time.
